Journal of Multidisciplinary Cancer Management (Electronic Version) Ethical Statement
Journal of Multidisciplinary Cancer Management (Electronic Version) strictly follows the ethics published by domestic and foreign editorial groups. The journal resolutely opposes repeated publication, multiple submissions of one draft, plagiarism, undisclosed conflicts of interest, arbitrary authors' signatures, data fraud, and research without ethical approval. Authors who submit papers to this journal must confirm the originality of the content of the manuscript, that is, the paper submitted must be the result of independent writing after reviewing the relevant materials. In addition to the content of the references cited in the text, the paper does not contain the results of any other published or written works that have been published or written individually or collectively, and it should be ensured that the article has not been published in any language in whole or in part, nor has it been reviewed elsewhere for publication purposes, and that the legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by authors.
Authors, editors and reviewers of our journal should perform the following duties and should also follow other relevant regulations and requirements of Journal of Multidisciplinary Cancer Management (Electronic Version).
Author Responsibilities:
1. The original research must be described honestly in strict accordance with the experimental data, and there should be no repeated publications, multiple submissions, plagiarism, data fraud, etc.
2. The content of the manuscript should conform to the scope of Journal of Multidisciplinary Cancer Management (Electronic Version), agree to conduct peer review, and provide original data or source code if necessary.
3. All signed authors should be persons who have contributed to the research, must ensure that authors have not been added arbitrarily, and the names of the first author and corresponding author cannot be changed once submitted.
4. Agreed to sign the 'Copyright Transfer Authorization Letter' and agreed to give priority to digital publication of papers on CNKI, Wanfang Data and other databases before printing and publishing in journals.

8. The submission format should conform to the writing specifications in the submission instructions of Journal of Multidisciplinary Cancer Management (Electronic Version), and upload the standardized Word version of the manuscript in accordance with the 'Paper Template' and 'Bibliographic Format'.

Editorial Responsibilities:
1. Review the initial submission, evaluate the academic, innovative and technical nature of the manuscript, and through the CNKI academic misconduct detection system, p_r_o_m_p_tly terminate academic misconduct such as excessive replication ratio (overall replication ratio greater than 20%, single copy ratio greater than 5%), multiple submissions of one draft, etc., and give opinions: rejection, external review, revision, etc.; Manuscripts that meet the external review requirements are sent to reviewers in the relevant direction through the editing system; Organize and send the review expert opinions to the authors; Send a summary of the revised manuscript, revision instructions, and review comments from reviewers to the editor-in-chief; The editor-in-chief gives the final handling opinions of the manuscript: publication, publication after revision, re-review after revision, and rejection.
2. During the review process, relevant reviewers should be avoided.
3. The editorial office has the right to make decisions on rejection and acceptance based on the reviewer's comments, but not based on the editor's private opinion. Decisions that have been made cannot be changed except where serious errors or academic misconduct issues are discovered.
4. Manuscripts for special journals, monographs, columns, and fund commissions should be consistent with the review process of free manuscripts, and the decision on acceptance or not should be based on academic indicators, and not affected by other subjective factors.
5. For manuscripts that are returned or rejected, give comprehensive, detailed and clear comments on revision or rejection to the author, and respond to the objections raised by the authors in a timely manner, and communicate effectively until a consensus is reached.
6. For papers with problems after publication, collect evidence, investigate and collect evidence, decide to errata or retract according to the severity of the error or academic misconduct, and publish a statement on the website.

11. Protect the personal information of authors and reviewers, keep it up to date, and continuously invite new reviewers to participate in peer review.
12. Continuously attract authors to submit manuscripts, about high-quality fund manuscripts (provincial and ministerial level or above); Regularly organize and convene the editorial board of Journal of Multidisciplinary Cancer Management (Electronic Version).
13. After the article is published, the paper version of the magazine is mailed to the author in a timely manner.
14. Follow the principle of absolute confidentiality, keep the personal information of the submitting author confidential, and according to the principle of single blindness, all the information of the reviewer is hidden from the author, and no personal information of any reviewer shall be disclosed to the author.

Reviewer Responsibilities:
1. Check the 'Invitation Letter for Manuscript Review' in your mailbox in time, log in to the online review system, decide whether to accept the review invitation, and submit objective, fair, impartial, detailed and clear review opinions on time; If you do not accept a reviewer, click 'I do not accept a review invitation' and recommend a suitable reviewer.
2. Alert editors to possible ethical issues (such as those in human or animal studies) or other findings issues.
3. Remind editors that the manuscript reviewed is excessively similar to a published paper or submitted manuscript.
4. Evaluate the manuscript as a whole, fill in the expert review list, and give comprehensive opinions: publication, publication after revision, re-review after revision, and rejection.
5. The content of the manuscript and the results of the review should be kept confidential, and at the same time scientific ethics should be upheld, and the content and data in the review manuscript should not be used before publication.
6. Take the initiative to inform the editorial department whether there is any interest related to the manuscript under review.
7. It is forbidden to privately contact the author or discuss the situation of the manuscript directly with the author.
8. Explain the issues that cannot be identified in the manuscript.
